From all of us at Camp Greenbrier House Party, we welcome you to Alderson, West Virginia! Come join us for one of the greatest family vacations around. When you leave, you will go with 100 new friends you didn’t even know you had!
House Party is all about friends and family. Children, parents, grandparents, and even great-grandparents, come to sleep in tents, gaze at the stars, float down the river, listen to the trains, and maybe play a little tennis. House Party is a place to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, where the bacon is good, and naps after lunch are mandatory. Gatherings at the Big Library every evening will find you playing cards or ping pong, chatting with one of your new or old friends by the fire, or staying up way past your bedtime – but don’t worry, remember the naps.
Daily activities include archery and rifle, swimming, tubing, tennis, hitting golf balls in the field, soccer, relaxing, reading a good book, or playing corn hole. Trips out of camp might be to a local golf course, to the Greenbrier Resort, or to a local cave, among others. And the food is fantastic, especially since you don’t have to do anything but show up and sit down!
Coming to House Party is also a great way to be introduced to Camp Greenbrier if you are considering sending your son to the Boys Camp. As parents, you will get to experience much of what the boys do while there. And you will meet those folks who are responsible for taking care of your child. That’s us!
Please give us a call if you have any questions at all. We look forward to seeing you in August!
